Due to the perishable nature of our premium mochi ice cream, we are unable to accept physical returns once a shipment has left our facility. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will provide a replacement or refund for any orders that arrive damaged or compromised.
Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your Mochidoki package to ensure the dry ice is still active and the mochi remains frozen.
Document Issues
If your order is damaged or melted, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
